We really need to do something about food in Motorway service stations. It seems all to be fried, loaded with mayonnaise, sugar and fat. No fruit seems to be in evidence. Salads seem a rarity.

WENBrum will make it a priority

Hello everyone, It was good to meet lots of nice WEN women in London at the weekend.

I have one request already - do you make your own cosmetics and toiletries or household cleaning concoctions. Crediton WEN are holding an event on 29th November and I want lots of recipes to try out and for people to try out on the day.

Can you post your recipes or email me?

Thanks so much.

Members in Bristol may be interested to know that they can comment on traffic noise pollution in the city. Comments will be fed into DEFRA's noise action plan for Bristol. You can also plot your favourite quiet spots on the interactive map and maybe discover a few other spots that you didn't know about. Visit www.askbristol.com and/www.bristol.citizenscape.net
